Is the Wellness Access Plan required to become a patient?
No. The Wellness Access Plan is completely optional. You can purchase any Elova Health services without enrolling. The plan is designed to provide additional value through preferred pricing, ongoing support, and exclusive member benefits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans may be canceled at any time. Quarterly and annual plans remain active through the end of their billing period.
Does the Wellness Access Plan include laboratory testing?
No. Laboratory testing is billed separately unless included in a purchased service. Members receive access to advanced functional laboratory testing when clinically appropriate and enjoy preferred pricing on eligible services.
Does the Wellness Access Plan include peptide therapy?
The plan provides access to peptide therapy consultations and treatments when clinically appropriate. Consultation fees, peptide treatments, and laboratory testing are billed separately unless otherwise specified.
Do I need the Wellness Access Plan to purchase the Advanced Root Cause Health Assessment?
No. The Advanced Root Cause Health Assessment is available to everyone. Wellness Access Plan members receive preferred pricing.
